May Soft (“I”, “we”, or “us”) operates Happy Pals, Forma and other mobile applications (the “Service”).

This page explains the collection, use and disclosure of data when you use our Service and the choices available to you.

Information Collection and Use

Our games process data through the optional features and third-party services described below. Services such as AdMob or Unity Analytics, where included in a game, may process device identifiers, IP addresses and usage data to provide advertisements and analytics under their own privacy policies.

Forma online rankings

When you choose to join Forma rankings, Firebase Authentication assigns an anonymous identity to that app installation. Eligible completed games store a generated player name, score and server update time in Cloud Firestore. Other participating players can see the generated name and scores. Your Google profile name and email address are not submitted to this leaderboard, and your Google Play Games profile may remain private. These data are used to operate the rankings.

This ranking identity is specific to the installation and may be lost when app data is cleared or the app is reinstalled. Clearing local data does not delete existing online records. Google sign-in does not automatically move this identity to another device. Existing Google scores are not automatically imported. Online records remain until removed. To request removal of ranking data, contact maysoft.support@gmail.com and provide your displayed Forma player name; additional information may be needed to identify the correct record.

Forma also offers optional Google Play Games cloud backup and restore. These operate only when selected and are independent of Firebase ranking participation. Purchases are processed by Google Play; Forma verifies purchase receipts to provide purchased content.
